AbiCAD Ltd are a successful sub-contract drawing service that has been working with roofing and cladding contractors since its conception in 1997. We offer a design and draughting service
utilising Autocad software and have experience in the following areas:

Our personnel have a combined extensive knowledge and experience in many commercial envelope systems and are able to assist architects and clients alike with all aspects of the design. All staff who attend site are CSCS accredited. We work for various clients detailing and material scheduling from very small projects that only require 2 or 3 hours work to very large projects such as the Wembley Stadium roof and a major hospital project in Oxford (over seven hundred drawings).
We are also currently creating company and drawing procedures, with the aim of achieving ISO 9000:2000 compliance. Using the latest Autocad licensed software, we can supply completed drawings and / or schedules as printed hard copies or by email in various electronic formats. We have also worked on many projects that require the use of a project-based extranet site.
No job is complete until the cladding has been fitted:
Our company policy is to help our clients at all times throughout the project until completion on site.
We can cost a project in three alternative ways:-
QUOTE - We supply a fixed price for a project, based on supplied drawings / information. Any project changes would require a variation quote / order. This helps you control costs exactly.
ESTIMATE - We supply an estimated required amount of hours to complete the project based on an hourly rate. This gives you an approximate drawing cost for the project, but still allows flexibility.
PER HOUR - We work on the basis of an hourly rate producing whatever drawings and material schedules you
want us to do. This gives you full flexibility.
Our quotes are transparent, stating quantity of drawings, including revision time and material scheduling.
With our level of staff we can respond to small projects very quickly and larger projects can be programmed in with our other project commitments.
