2. CANDIDATES
2.1 Candidates may register with our site free of charge by completing the relevant section. By so registering, candidates indicate that they accept these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, the Terms of Website Use and our Acceptable Use Policy.
2.2 Registered candidates will be issued with a password enabling them to access the Services. Please note the section of our Terms of Website Use headed Accessing our Site.
2.3 Once in receipt of their password registered candidates may upload information to our site but should note in particular the section of our Acceptable Use Policy headed Prohibited Uses.
3. EMPLOYERS
3.1 Employers may register with our site by completing the relevant section. By so registering, employers indicate that they accept these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, the Terms of Website Use and our Acceptable Use Policy.
3.2 Employers' continued access to the Services will be subject to payment of our fees as applicable from time to time and as agreed with us ("Fees").
3.3 Registered employers will on completion of our registration process be issued with a password. Please note the section of our Terms of Website Use headed Accessing our Site.
3.4 We shall, unless otherwise agreed, invoice employers monthly and all invoices are payable, in full and in cleared funds, within 30 days of the date of invoice and in such manner as we may from time to time direct.
3.5 Without prejudice to any other right or remedy that we may have, if an employer fails to pay us by the due date, we may:
3.5.1 charge interest on such sum from the due date for payment at the annual rate of 4% above the base lending rate from time to time of Lloyds TSB, accruing on a daily basis and being compounded quarterly until payment is made, whether before or after any judgment and we may claim interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and the employer shall pay the interest immediately on demand; and
3.5.2 suspend relevant passwords until payment has been made in full.
3.6 Time for payment shall be of the essence.
4. OUR LIABILITY

5. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
5.1 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you.
