Pacific Computing (Australia) is the sole Australian and New Zealand distributor of Tekla Structures software products for the construction, design, engineering and drafting industries.
The Tekla range of products is recognised as a leader in 3D modelling software for the construction industries.

The company requires an individual to fill the role of Software Support Technician and Advanced Trainer.

The Role
This successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Front line phone and email support for Tekla Structures
• Testing and customizing Cad software for the Australasian market
• Conducting basic and advanced training courses for Tekla Structures


The Person
You will possess the following attributes:

• Minimum 3 years experience with Tekla Structures software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well presented and professional manner with the ability to liaise with clients effectively
• Good analytical approach to problem solving
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
• Must have a commitment to excellence and providing high quality services
• Must have Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)


The role will suit an individual with a technical background looking to join a small organization working at the cutting edge of the new 3 D construction technologies.

You will have the ability to work autonomously or within a team and quickly adapt to changing priorities. Occasional interstate travel may also be required.

Full training in the Tekla range of products will be provided.
