Our client is one of Irelands leading suppliers of infrastructural steelwork for telecommunications applications. Specialising in the design, fabrication, delivery and erection of high quality telecoms structures this successful organisation is now hoping to enter in to the UK market with a range of bespoke products.
In order to assist in their penetration of the UK market they are now seeking an experienced Interim Business Accelerator with a background in Structural Steelwork for the Mobile Telecoms and Wind Energy Industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a market entry strategy in to the UK’s Telecoms and Wind Energy Industries. You will identify new business opportunities, potential outlets for expertise and promote and introduce the portfolio of products in to the target markets. Involved in the recruitment of the sales personnel you will also have responsibility for overseeing their activities.
A demonstrable track record of new business development and market entry strategy within the fields of mobile telecoms and wind energy is essential, coupled with an existing network of contacts within these target markets. You will have senior management experience with the ability to communicate and network at all levels.

The Role:

•40% of the time the successful Specification Representative will be to proactively win new clients, whilst 60% of your time will be spent being an Account Manager to existing projects

The Candidate:
•The successful Sales Representative must be from the construction industry

The Package:

Our reputable client, based in Sheffield is currently recruiting for an experienced sales person to work within their sales team.
Duties:
· To promote and sell steel from a customer base and to provide internal sales support for the sales team.
· To provide written and verbal quotations in response to enquiries given by customers on a daily basis, following up where necessary by liaising with Sales Managers or Key Account Managers as required
· To process all commercial administration associated with sales completion Responsibility for administration of key accounts as designated.
· Investigate and resolve any customer complaints, be they commercial, quality or service related, in a prompt and professional manner.
· Acquire and develop both regular and new contacts and where appropriate reinstate old accounts
· To liaise with production units to ensure that customer requirements are met.

Experience
